As expenses are attributed to a site/project, they are entered on a categorical basis into CDR Disaster Pro while also utilizing some preloaded data. When it comes to preparing requests for reimbursement, the system will allow you to select the expenses and export the information into a reimbursement summary sheet.
There is potential for significant cost savings to our clients, to have this DAC tracking function within the CDR Disaster Pro platform. It allows for time spent on specific PWs to be captured and submitted as DAC, not only for the CDR Maguire Team but the client’s staff as well.
The system captures the required information, both pre-event and post event, that is necessary to formulate a Project Worksheet (PW), along with the documentation that will be required to submit requests for reimbursements (RFRs), and prepare closeout ready packages.
The system was designed to ensure a repeatable process is followed, with the appropriate quality control and checks in place to ensure a successful recovery.
