SERVICES

CDR Maguire was retained by Boulder County Transportation to provide FEMA Public Assistance Grant Management specifically for the Scope and Version process for all Category C (Roads & Bridges) Projects. CDR Maguire provided personnel with the tools needed to effectively maneuver through various disaster recovery programs administered by state and federal agencies. By using our expertise in complex Scope, and Version changes for Roads and Bridges, the County was reimbursed for every eligible cost from the 2013 Flood DR-4145.

CDR Maguire is currently steering the County through construction plans and helping them determine FEMA qualified work. The PA Specialist assigned to the County is reviewing all the Category C projects and inserting Mitigation measures where feasible. This Mitigation work will maximize recovery and make the County more resilient in the future.

CDR Maguire is working conjointly with the State and FEMA to maintain that the proper documentation is submitted with each version to help speed up the obligation process. CDR Maguire has been laboring meticulously with the County to provide the appropriate documentation for the Project Worksheets so that they will maximize their federal reimbursement.

CDR Maguire continues to support the County in submitting all versions for the Category C PWs. The estimated amount of damages from the 2013 flood for the Roads and Bridges is over $130 million. Our goal is to get the County reimbursed for every eligible dollar.
