CDR-EM provides CDBG-DR contract administration services to GMC to assist with the implementation and management of the City of Kingsland Homeowner Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Program.
The City of Kingsland Homeowner Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Program provides assistance to owner- occupied properties affected by Hurricane Irma in September 2017. The Homeowner Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Program, funded by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs, assists with housing repair and reconstruction in designated zip codes.
Under a consultant agreement with Goodwyn Mills Cawood, CDR-EM provides assistance with development, updates, and compliance to program policies, guidelines, manuals, and standard operating procedures in accordance with the Homeowner Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Program program objectives and goals. CDR-EM also provides QA/QC reviews, Duplication of Benefits reviews, and program reporting services.
