CDR Maguire can provide these key services:
- Documentation Support Personnel: Your Finance Section will need to properly identify and document all eligible costs related to emergency measures due to COVID-19. This documentation includes all emergency actions, other personnel hours, use of the equipment and any other measures to combat the virus in response to the emergency declaration by the federal government.
- Accounting Framework Support Personnel: You’ll need to establish the project cost accounting framework and modifications to your financial accounting systems to be able to track these costs in your financial ERP.
- Budgeting Forecast Personnel for Emergency Work: Your Finance Department will need to budget estimated burn rates for week-long and month-long deployments of emergency and essential staff.
- Grant Research Personnel: In order to get reimbursement, you’ll need to research other disaster grant funding sources outside of FEMA’s Public Assistance that could assist you for the economic consequence of this Pandemic.
