CDR Emergency Management provides program leadership and operational oversight for the Disaster Case Management Program (DCMP), a FEMA Individual Assistance (IA)–funded, state-administered initiative designed to support individuals and families through long-term recovery following disasters.

  • Administered in close coordination with FEMA IA and state partners, DCMP connects survivors with trained case managers who assess disaster-caused unmet needs, develop individualized Disaster Recovery Plans, and guide households through complex recovery pathways.
  • CDR EM’s role focuses on ensuring the program is implemented consistently, transparently, and in alignment with federal and state requirements.

DCMP Leadership

CDR EM provides statewide leadership and oversight for FEMA-funded Disaster Case Management Programs (DCMP), ensuring consistent service delivery, provider coordination, and long-term recovery support for disaster survivors.

PROGRAM LEADERSHIP & ADMINISTRATION

CDR EM serves as the program management entity for DCMP, providing leadership that ensures statewide consistency, operational efficiency, and accountability. In this role, we support:
